Dr. Shem Zagbayi Nuhu, OFR., B.Sc(ABU), M.Sc., Ph.D (Bradford)

Dr. Shem Zagbayi Nuhu is an internationally trained Pharmacist from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria Nigeria Bradford University, United Kingdom.
On his return to Nigeria after his studies at Bradford United Kingdom, Dr. Nuhu was appointed by the then Military Governor of Niger State as a Commissioner.
He became a frontline politician and ventured into business where he applied his professional practice by establishing one of the most flourishing Pharmacy in Niger State capital, Minna, Zagbayi Pharmacy Limited.
A federal government delegate to the Constitutional Conference in 1995, Dr. Nuhu has been actively involved in Niger State politics and was appointed as the Deputy Governor of the State from 1999 – 2007. He is a recipient of the national award of the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic – OFR.
