ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE             POSTGRADUATE  DEGREE PROGRAMMES
Admission to postgraduate study is competitive, and the number of students admitted is sufficiently small to ensure flexibility in arranging individual programmes of study, within a general framework of policies that assure high academic standards.

Only graduates of recognized universities are eligible to apply for our postgraduate study. Preference is given to applicants with superior preparation and achievement. Postgraduate students are admitted subject to the general regulations of the University and to specific regulations determined by the Postgraduate School Board.

The students must have acceptable undergraduate work. This requirement is normally met with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least a Second class Lower. The student must be highly motivated and committed to developing skills for solving complex scientific problems of our civilization in a value-laden environment. This commitment and motivation will be assessed during a personal interview with each applicant.
DURATION
Our postgraduate study is a full-time or a part-time programme of two years.  M.Sc. Programme shall last for a minimum of 18 Calendar months and a maximum of 24 Calendar months.
